Regional and Municipal Bonds

These are calculated in a similar way to government bonds.

They are separately treated because there are various insurance capital exemption rules that are only applicable to government bonds, not regional and municipal bonds, because the level of national guarantee to justify such exemption is considered weak or non-existent in the latter case.
