Calculated in a similar way to corporate bonds. Under some regimes, they enjoy certain capital relief.

Under Solvency II, there is the distinction between "Infrastructure Project" and "Infrastructure Corporate" assets. The former refers mostly to public infrastructure issuance while the latter mostly refers to corporate entities operating those projects. "Infrastructure Project" assets receive more capital relief.
